A few Waldorf Inspired 2-1/2" Wooden Dolls By Barby Anderson

 I made some wooden Waldorf hand painted dolls for my grandkids to go with my wood log homes when they come to play.  I decided to list a few also for sale in case others like Waldorf dolls.

Once upon a time there was a wee little bunny.....

With teeny tiny ears....

And she lived in a darling log home deep in the forest....

She had no brothers....

Nor any sisters....

However that mattered not, for she had the ducks in her pond as her sisters...

And the kind blue jay as her brother...

Who let her play.... sliding down his silky bright blue wings...

Yes, nature was her family....

And to the wee bunny this was the greatest family of all!

I'm still playing with my nature scene for my critters! FUN!

I added real stones around the duck pond and a branch from our berry tree.  Making nature scenes is such fun and I am having a ball!  Hummm I don't think I am an adult anymore.....

Lucinda Macy made the tree fort and Dana Dunn made the wee bluebird on the window ledge.

I am working on scenes for upcoming listings....

I am working on a pond for future scenes....made some felt rocks and a chenille pond.  I will finish it this week-end.  Stay tuned....

(Singin`) Oh what a beautiful morning.... oh what a beautiful day......
Who says possums can`t sing?  (Singin` again) Everything`s comin` up roses....
(Singin`) Everything`s going my way.....
(Raccoon speaking) Everything isn`t going my way cuz possums CAN`T sing!
(Singin`) Loo loo looo loooooo looo....
(Raccoon speaking again) Well it is a bit less loud if I go inside....
(Raccoon speaking again) Goodness I may have to climb up high like the others to lessen the noise...
(Possum still singin`) Oh what a beautiful morning.....
(Possum singin`) Oh what a beautiful day.....
(Squirrel talking) Goodness I better put out the warning to the forest creatures....
To stuff some acorns in their ears if Petunia Possum keeps singing!
Oh let me climb in the fort`s "look out" so my beautiful voice may be heard through out the forest!
Ohhh I see you heard my voice Papa Gnome!
And was it not BEAU-TI-FUL?
(Papa Gnome speaking) Well, uhhh, yes Petunia it was very nice...
(Pertunia Possum speaking) I can sing another song for you....
(Raccoon whispering to bunny) Oh my, save me, cover my wee ears!
(Papa Gnome speaking) Goodness, Mama Gnome has some acorn bread in the oven.... I better go!
OK I will sing to you from the look out all the way home.
(Singin) Oh, my man, I love him so,  He`ll never know,  All my life is just despair,  But I don`t care,  When he takes me in his arms.....

I made a squirrel for sale on eBay and she (Nutella) is now with Cache and Hugh (get it cashew!) in the photos on the tree house.  She is holding the berries.

A couple of squirrels found a tree fort! (Not for sale)

I just purchased this wonderful tree fort for my squirrels and mice too!  I am planning many stories around it in the future so stay tuned!

Helen Priem made the wonderful Sandman, donkey, blue jay and baby boar.  Liz Stevens made the darling house.

I have lost my way home..... and I`m scared. The blue jay gave me his peanut to make me feel better....
And the owl sang a song for me....The baby boar wanted to help me so much....
He said he would wander through the forest to help me find my home....
He even gave me a ride on his back!
The baby boar was tired so the fox said he thought the Sandman would surely help me....
I walked, and walked..... and came to some brown tree trunks....
And when I climbed them there was the Sandman and his donkey!
He said he would fly me home, as he would fly there nightly to throw sand in my eyes....
I thanked the Sandman for bringing me home....
Ralphie was worried sick about me! I told him the Sandman will be back soon, as the night is near.....
I missed my Ralphie.... he missed me too!
I will share my peanut with him.... now let`s go inside Ralphie... nighty nite all!

Walking through the forest one day, the King of the Gnomes heard some squeaks.....
He heard sweet little noises and decided to take a peek....
Behold, there was a wee little bunny basking in the morning light....
Must have been dreaming of a warm summer's night....
How the King loved the bunny curled up on a soft wooly bed....
So he blessed her tiny, precious soft head...
For who could ignore such a wee little one....
Who had pink in her cheeks from the morning sun!

He`s coming, he`s coming! The King of the Gnomes is coming! Wave your flags, pick the finest berries for the King!
Ahhh yes, the King of the Gnomes is a wise and kind king.....
He carries the staff of a King for sure and the blue jay gave him a feather for the top!
He comes to bless two orphan mice...
They are in need of a home and so the forest mice came.....
To greet the great King and to care for the wee ones...
For no creature in the forest of "Rodanta" is without love....
And each new birth is celebrated....
The Gnome King lays the wee mice on the softest of beds....
He blesses them with much happiness....
Good health....
And gives them magic berries from his kingdom....
And all is well in the forest where the King watches over all of the creatures great and small!
