Deep in the forest wee mice do play....
They even frolic with the great owls, so they say....
The owls keep them safe from dangers nearby...
And lift them on their wing to take off and fly...
So if you see a mouse peeking from the great owl's wing...
You'll know she is happy and looking forward to spring!
